Pre-Orders with Eco Fox

Our Pre-Order service gives you the opportunity to secure selected products that are not currently held in stock.

Many of our products are sourced from across New Zealand and Australia.

When you place a pre-order:

  • Your item is reserved and paid for in full at the time of purchase.
  • Once stock arrives at Eco Fox, we carefully package your order and ship it straight to the delivery address provided.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 7–14 days after supplier release, depending on where stock is sourced.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes are based on information supplied to us by our partners and suppliers. Please note that these are approximate only - specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and occasional delays may occur.

If, for any reason, a supplier is unable to deliver an item (for example, due to production issues or limited stock), we’ll notify you immediately by email and issue a full refund for your purchase.
