Shipping policy

We charge a flat fee of $7.50 for courier delivery Nationwide. Rural delivery is $12.50. You should receive your order within 3-4 working days, however if you are a rural address your delivery may take a little longer.

Orders can be sent to more than one address however there will be a charge of $7.50 per address that you would like your order shipped to. If you've already placed your order please call us on 021 707714 to let us know your requirements. Please note - we can only split your deliveries if your order has not yet been dispatched.

We dispatch our goods from Central Otago direct to you. We use couriers so you can track your order at any time using the tracking number emailed to you when your goods are dispatched. If you need to change your delivery address please call us on 021 707714 and we will do our very best to update the courier with your requirements.
