Payment & Delivery Options
What are my payment options?
You must pay for all online purchases at the time of online checkout, prior to order confirmation in accordance with one of the following payment methods.
We accept -
Shop Pay, Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, PayPal, G Pay and American Express.
For customers who don’t possess credit cards, you can pay online via our internet banking service – which will require you to provide us with your bank details. This will allow you to make payment directly into our bank account, however please note the funds need to clear into our account before we courier your order.
Where we cannot fulfil an order after you have made payment, a refund will be provided to you.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the secure online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Do you deliver outside of New Zealand?
We can deliver internationally, to organise this please call us on +64 21 707 714 or email email@example.com to arrange this.
What will my delivery charge be?
We charge a flat fee of $4.95 for Auckland-wide courier delivery and $9.50 Nationwide. Rural delivery is $12.50. You should receive your order within 2-3 working days, however if you are a rural address your delivery may take a little longer.
Can I call you to place my order?

Do you charge GST?
Yes, all of the prices on our website are shown including GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Can I add to my order after I've placed it?
If it has not been dispatched, definitely! please call us on 021 707 714 and subject to stock availability, we will do our very best to update your order requirements. If your order has already been sent, we can assist you with placing a new order, however our standard courier fee will apply to the new order.
Can I have my delivery sent to more than one address?
Sure! There will be a charge of $4.95 per address that you would like your order shipped to. If you've already placed your order please call us on 021 707 714 to let us know your requirements. Please note; we can only split your deliveries if your order has not yet been dispatched.
When will I receive my delivery?
We dispatch our goods from Auckland's beautiful North Shore direct to you. We use couriers so you can track your order at any time using the tracking number emailed to you when your goods are dispatched. If you need to change your delivery address please call us on 021 707 714 and we will do our very best to update the courier with your requirements.
How do I know that you've received my order?
As soon as your order is placed we will email you confirming the products and delivery details, if you don't receive an email from us please check your spam or junk folder. If you still have not received an confirmation email please give us a call on 021 707 714.
Can you help if I've bought something I don’t want?
If your delivery contains incorrect, mis-described or faulty items, you can return to us free of charge by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 021 707 714.
If you've changed your mind we accept returns of un-used products in original packaging. You can return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it (cost of the courier is your responsibility). Please return the item(s) back to us at the address included on your dispatch note returns label. Please use the returns label supplied in your package, and include your dispatch note marked with the items being returned. We will send you an email confirmation, so you know that we’ve safely received your return. Please make sure you send returns back using a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible for deliveries that don’t reach us safely.
