What's Eco Fox's position on animal testing?
We're passionately against any form of testing on animals. All the products we offer are cruelty-free. The Friendly Soap range is registered with The Vegan Society and Cruelty-Free International.
Do your Friendly Soap products contain Palm Oil?
Nope, not even sustainable sources of Palm Oil are used, there's not a smidge in any of the products.
Do you deliver outside of New Zealand?
We can deliver internationally, to organise this please call us on +64 6 835 2369 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
What will my delivery charge be?
We charge $4.95 for courier delivery NZ-wide. You should receive your order within 1-3 working days however if you are a rural address your delivery may take longer a little longer to arrive.
Can I call you to place my order?

Do you charge GST?
Yes, all of the prices on our website are shown including GST (Goods & Services Tax)
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa or MasterCard Credit/Debit cards, you can also make payment directly into our bank account, however please note the funds need to clear into our account before we courier your order.

Can I add to my order after I've placed it?
If it has not been dispatched, definitely! please call us on (06) 835 2369 or 021 981 311 and subject to stock availability, we will do our very best to update your order requirements. If your order has already been sent, we can assist you with placing a new order, however our standard courier fee of $4.95 will apply to the new order.
Can I have my delivery sent to more than one address?
Sure! There will be a charge of $4.95 per address that you would like your order shipped to. If you've already placed your order please call us on (06) 835 2369 or 021 981 311 to let us know your requirements. Please note; we can only split your deliveries if your order has not yet been dispatched.
When will I receive my delivery?
We dispatch our goods from the beautiful Hawke's Bay direct to you. We use couriers so you can track your order at any time using the tracking number emailed to you when your goods are dispatched. If you need to change your delivery address please call us on (06) 835 2369 or 021 981 311 and we will do our very best to update the courier with your requirements.
How do I know that you've received my order?
As soon as your order is placed we will email you confirming the products and delivery details, if you don't receive an email from us please check your spam or junk folder. If you still have not received an confirmation email please give us a call on (06) 835 2369 or 021 981 311

Can you help if I've bought something I don’t want?
If your delivery contains incorrect, mis-described or faulty items, you can return to us free of charge by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us on (06) 835 2369 or 021 981 311
If you've changed your mind we accept returns of un-used products in original packaging. You can return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it (cost of the courier is your responsibility). Please return the item(s) back to us at the address included on your dispatch note returns label. Please use the returns label supplied in your package, and include your dispatch note marked with the items being returned. We will send you an email confirmation, so you know that we’ve safely received your return. Please make sure you send returns back using a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible for deliveries that don’t reach us safely.
