Shipping & Returns
We charge a flat fee of $4.95 for NZ-wide courier delivery, you should receive your order within 1-3 working days, however if you are a rural address your delivery may take a little longer.
We offset the carbon footprint created by bringing Friendly Soap to NZ by donating to NZ Forest & Bird.
If you'd like to do the same for our delivery to you, you can select the courier option that adds a $1 donation to NZ Forest & Bird.

If your delivery contains incorrect, misdescribed or faulty items, you can return to us free of charge by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on (06) 835 2369 or 021 981 311
We want you to love your purchase!
If you've changed your mind we accept returns of unused products in original packaging. You can return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please return the item(s) back to us at the address included on your dispatch note returns label. Please use the returns label supplied in your package, and include your dispatch note marked with the items being returned. We will send you an email confirmation, so you know that we’ve safely received your return. Please make sure you send returns back using a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible for deliveries that don’t reach us safely. Cost to send back returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
