All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

When will I receive my order?

We process and dispatch our goods from Auckland's beautiful North Shore direct to you within 1-2 business days. We use NZ Post couriers so you can track and trace your order at any time using the tracking number emailed to you when your goods are dispatched.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do offer international shipping.

We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

If you would like to purchase our products and wish to have them tracked internationally using NZ Post International Express, Courier or Economy service please send us an email on before placing your order so we can advise the freight costs for you.
